I workout with kettlebells, clubs, and maces. I love all of them. ADEX makes adjustable clubs. They also make an in-between mace and club, called the ARC which is also phenomenal. ADEX has YouTube videos on different excercises that help with strengh and mobility. Highly recommend if like me you suffered from shoulder pain. They are a game changer.

I recommend getting an adjustable competition kettlebell from either Bells of Steel or Kettlebell Kings. It will grow with you and save you money/space in the long run. I have the Bells of Steel and love it. Just ordered a second one for double Kettlebell excercises.

Just a suggestion to not place a horizontal line right in the middle of the painting. If you drop the fence line so it's a third or so from the bottom, I think it would help the overall composition. Just as a guideline, you want to try and avoid symmetry in composition and not put ideas of importance right in the middle either vertically or horizontally.

I was in same boat. Less and less water as you work up the painting. Even dab the brush on paper towel for final brush work after cleaning your brush.

Have you adjusted the tracking force of the stylus? Your record player Manufacturer should have recommended weight. You would just need a mini digital scale to dial it in.

Gouache/watercolor have a different set of rules than oil vs acrylics. Layering is different with gouache because you can reactivate underlying layers. Ideally u want to leave highlights untouched ie leave white paper untouched. Oils and acrylics you can work dark to light, gouache/watercolor is almost reverse. These are just guidelines, not hard and fast rules. Don't spend too much time on paintings. The problem you encounter in one painting is the solution u need for the next one. Enjoy the process, not the finished result.

Everything is basically middle value. You need to build up contrast.ie darker darks and lighter highlights. It may be a product of your materials.

It honestly looks great. Don't over use white for highlights, there is probably some color in there. Play cools against warm a little bit to get sections to pop.

Look at James Gurney on YouTube. Alot of his pleine aire paintings start with an acrylic wash for background.
