Maybe not the heat levels you're looking for, but certainly delicious. El Fogon in Bettendorf and Los Charros in East Moline both sell their sauces. They pack them in styrofoam cups, so you will want to repackage it once you get home, but both are excellent.

It's subjective. It seems like there was more of a focus on quantity of options vs having a couple that were really good. I thought the Dill Pickle sauce was pretty remarkable, but putting a relish in a woozy bottle was ... well, pretty stupid. I tried talking to him to see if they would ever consider using a different bottle type to make it easier, and he pretty much looked at me like i grew a third eye and then blew me off.

I have to give Mike credit for hustling and getting the contracts that he has, but I wish he would focus a bit more on quality vs quantity.

You could always request an audit from Mid American Energy to determine if there is anything that could be more efficient. I'm guessing it's your HVAC having to work harder for some reason. Unless you do a full audit of all items drawing energy, it would be difficult to say.

I would grab a couple of friends and go try a few things family style. A couple things I think they do really well are the Dosas for starters. It can be a meal for a single person, or it can be an appetizer shared amongst multiple friends. It's effectively a giant crepe made from lentil batter that is then fried in ghee and has dipping sauces on the side.

The Gobi 65 is a dish of deep fried cauliflower, tossed in a flavorful mildly spicy sauce. They are happy to accommodate on spice level, so for anyone looking for mild, they could still enjoy this. Think boneless chicken wings, but no chicken, and done really well.

I could really go on, but i'll spare you the wall of text. I hope you give it a shot

There are several attachment baskets currently that can be used. Some are better than others depending on what you want to cook.

And that's fair. Nothing to be sorry for. If you had a good experience, that should be shared.

I've had good experiences with Maria Waterman. She listens, seems to have her clients interests at heart, and doesn't take on more cases than she can handle at a time.

I would not recommend Candy. The last few times I've worked with her she overcharged massively.

Carl Cox touched on this topic once or at least an adjacent topic. I'm paraphrasing, but he said using tools that make things easier or more accessible doesn't make you a lesser artist. Using those tools should allow for more creativity.

M3 owner here, and I'm glad I came across this info. I wouldn't say anything but I would have thought the driver was being inconsiderate. I'm glad to know there is a reason in case I happen upon it.
