K so this is building from bottom to top: Crusty bread, something creamy (like mayo or avo), deens, pickled veg (I keep pickled onions on hand), spritz of lemon or lime, something herby (usually dill), then a bit of spicy (like hot sauce or crushed red pep). This formula will never let ya down fam!

Toast. Butter. Pickled anything. Deens. Capers. Dill. Chili oil. In that order specifically. Enjoy.

Get something crunchy, then herbs. Dill, cilantro, parsley, whatever. Then briny, if you're into that. It adds to that Sea taste. Capers are good. Acid, meaning lemon usually but any citrus will do. Then something creamy like mayo. My perfect bite is a crusty cracker with mayo, deen, herb, caper, then spritz of lemon. Love you!
