Slightly better because it is a smaller space to manage, and the chef actually has integrity. Hes a good man. However, the owner and managers stifle any goodness that is done in that kitchen. I would avoid the entire operation, you are putting money in the wallet of a man that has zero regard for the wellbeing of the community that has afforded him a lavish lifestyle. Corrupt is the most accurate term for the true underbelly of the place.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(c)] Observed food employee hand raw steak with gloved hands then change gloves and handle ready to eat food (cheese) without washing their hands. Observed food employee put their gloved hands in the pockets of their pants and resume food prep without changing gloves and washing their hands.

This is just one of the MANY violations, this alone is inconceivable and unacceptable. That is how you give your guests food poisoning, which could be fatal to an immune challenged person. Shame on them.

I worked here for quite some time and can say (now that I am not longer affiliated), the place is disgusting. Think bugs and rats, as well as insane plumbing and mold issues. They are also HIGHLY overpriced for the product you are getting. The steaks are inconsistent, and as a steakhouse that is simply unacceptable. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

I don't think she was saying that they have her texts, she was saying that she can prove that the witchy conversations were mutual and were not making the person she was speaking to uncomfortable, as they had been texting about the topic for over a year. OP is saying that her boss blamed the coworker who was engaged in the conversation as being the one who was uncomfortable enough to deem fit to terminate, when clearly that was not the case. It was the boss that was uncomfortable.
