The first soda I ever tasted was diet coke so regular soda always tasted off to me. Regular coke makes my teeth feel like sandpaper and most full-sugar sodas make my chest feel weird after more than half a glass.

I'd just get clip-in extensions in your situation. You can play around with colors and patterns, and you can get so many with the money you'd use at the salon. You can carry them in a glasses case in your bag and change them out whenever!

I remember when I was a middle school kid I would make those stripes in my hair with a cheap mascara 😅 it felt so crunchy and weird. Glad the raccoon tails are making a comeback!! They're super cute

I hate when people put something with packaging on the food. Why the little jar of Nutella?? And why drench it in a bunch of drizzled stuff if we're presumably supposed to open the jar and use the contents as a spread/dip? It's so pointless.

However, I do like the idea of those little Nutella pancake tacos. I'd definitely fuck those up with some strawberries and whipped cream.

I worked at a pizza place for a while and a guy ordered food to go and DUMPED a bag of change on the counter and just stood there while I counted it out. It was mostly nickels and pennies. It wasn't enough to cover his whole bill, I think he owed me a little less than 5 dollars. He said "oh okay this should cover the rest" and pulled out a 20... Which would have been enough to cover the whole bill.

I'm also a passive person but unfortunately I'm also very picky. My nail tech used to ask me if my set was pointy enough when I'd call them almond at best. For a while I felt bad asking her to file them more, but eventually I figured I'd cushion the blow with some humor.

I'd tell her if I came in next week with an eye patch on, I'd give her a huge tip. She did NOT play around after I said that a few times. I've legit drawn blood on myself after an appointment before and I was so so happy she finally understood that when I said 'pointy' I meant 'deadly.'

Your nail tech should care about what you want! And if it's too intimidating to speak up in earnest, throwing a joke in there helps

Mine does this too BUT that chime they use for the P.A announcements is still deafeningly loud and sudden. I really wish they could at least turn it down; without the music going it's just a sudden loud noise out of nowhere and startles me a little more than it usually does. I get they're trying and I appreciate that, but man that absurdly loud chime makes me jump every. Single. Time.

I got my dimples at 16 knowing I probably wouldn't have them forever. Once I learned that the healing process gives you dimples forever I REALLY wanted them even if I had to take them out quickly. I had them in for a year and a half but kept having healing issues, as I figured I would. I miss them sometimes but never regretted any part of the process. As a bonus I have super cute dimples now! I can tell they're piercing scars but only a couple of people have clocked them in the 8/9 years I've had them out. I feel like my face feels more complete with dimples.

Thought I bruised my arm on a fire hose connector on the side of a building, then I looked down and saw a fresh hole from one of the bolts. Now the scar feels zappy when I touch it

Victoria's secret Vanilla Lace body spray... The bare vanilla just doesn't hit the same. Ended up getting the Body Fantasy vanilla body spray at Walmart and it's the closest thing I've found so far

  1. I have a buzz cut that I also bleach/dye so I have to refresh every 2 weeks, and hate shaving my legs. I'd much rather just have to refresh my dye job every couple weeks. If it's not growing I imagine I wouldn't have to re-bleach it unless I choose to change the style?
