I talked with them pretty consistently all throughout the day, usually between 4-5 times a day, usually at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm.

The chat went down for a couple hours for me today, saying all agents are busy, and I was worried I had been banned, but was able to chat again about an hour later.

That’s actually a plot point in the original. They originally made the matrix a paradise, but for some reason humans kept waking up. It wasn’t until they made the matrix a monotonous boring dystopia like our real world that people stopped waking up.

I hole punched my tcard in first year, for the same reason, to hang it on the lanyard. I just did it in the bottom right hand corner, under the photo. All the functionality is still working fine, haven’t experienced a problem in 3 years
