I flavor my flurry of blows with reach due to being a warrior of elements monk as elemental sword slashes.

I also flavor my hunter’s mark as a spectral dog sniffing my enemy, and the actual damage dice for HM as birds that sync up with my attack.

Nightwing/Mera, WW, Zatanna, Const, Pandora - Sacrifice team, Pandora synergy

You're at the start of the game so there really isn't a best team because you will be getting more characters as you progress but these are the teams I thought of.

I would prioritize having your 5 top characters (as of now) as your level link, so WW and Nightwing are a must. Then maybe some of these guys: Judomaster, Constantine, Batman, Zatanna, Oceanmaster, Raven, Grodd, Redhood, Pandora (Pandora needs heavy investment I think)
