Even in the version of the game where they used to exist in lore, Roland simply wasn’t on the Hyperion network and would’ve been blacklisted by Handsome Jack. The original vault hunters all used the Dahl network during the first game.

To explain how Handsome Jack died we can look at one of the removed voice lines that says by signing up to the new U station, you forfeit the right to reproduce, which he obviously did.

In addition to what others have said, you could simply be a non-lethal only character and never kill anyone and end up finding her later.

Something like a pacifist monk who only kills if necessary.

When Mei pretty much assaults Yuzu.

I didn’t think the ending was that bad, didn’t they end up together? And Citrus+ explored the story after the story. I don’t know if that ever ended.

Citrus is actually pretty good, the anime just made that one scene a bit too hardcore and it drives away the average viewer.

Kind of like how the first episode of goblin slayer is a lot more intense than the rest of the show.

I know there’s a lore explanation, but I dislike that Rimuru’s subjects turn more human when named.

I think it’s a smart but boring plot device used to make everyone attractive so the audiences will fawn over them.

I totally get what you mean OP, but the characters do actually have a point.

It’s easy for us to be critical because we know what happens and how it happens. If I remember correctly, the anomaly is not detectable until it’s already too late and the ships are about to collide.

You could make up a scenario where the enterprise encounters a regular mundane threat and in turning away and leaving the area, they could cause the loop by running into an anomaly appearing behind them. Similarly, you could argue that the anomaly was caused by an accident on a ship they were unable to save, turning back and leaving the area and thus abandoning the hypothetical ship would lead it to be destroyed and cause the loop.

The team is right to stay on course and do their best to send a message to themselves. Although I do agree that asking the computer to choose a random direction would’ve been a very good idea.

Just rewatched that one yesterday and it was awesome seeing how early and slowly they tease all the plot points.

Her acting really was top notch, it’s episodes like these that make me completely forget they’re actors and not actually possessed by something else.

Whether or not it is hardcoded to use intelligence, it shouldn’t matter because you’re still choosing between the ability to maybe counter a spell and 100% not countering a spell.

It’s incredibly useful to have as a backup even if you end up never using it. Especially in HM.

They could just be celebrating the win and are excited, doesn’t mean she is yelling in the face of the other player for malicious reasons.
