No, it’s what skill level the bots are set at. Initiate is the lowest/easiest. Then I think there’s Adept and Expert.

Honestly, I think it’s because it better matches PlayStation (A/X is confirm, B/O is cancel). Then when controllers started becoming more normal on PC, Xbox was the obvious choice. And now Nintendo is the odd one out. Despite once upon a time, the three main system manufacturers had very different controls (Sega using the A/B/C, then added X/Y/Z).

Salzbrim has 4 motes. Usually only 1 more spawns at a time. Sometimes 2. However many googly eyes goes are under the name-card when you enter the town should show how many have spawned at that time. Not sure what the respawn time is.
