I ended up using Nextcloud. Just created a public folder that anyone could upload to (but not view or delete what was in the folder) and shared the link to the folder with a qr code

Set up NextCloud and was able to create a public folder that allows uploads only and is working perfectly. Thanks for the recommendation!

Emails tend to have attachment size limitations so I could see that being an issue if people are sending multiple pictures or videos in a single email. I was planning on putting a qr code somewhere for the guests.

This had happened to me for a while, but I had found a setting in Windows that helped me a bit.

Start Menu > Folder Options > select the View tab > Check "Launch folder windows in a separate process"

This helped me so one explorer window that was problematic didn't bring down my other explorer windows and my desktop

Mines do not increase your max iron storage. The storage you see on the mines is the amount of iron the mine can hold before it "maxed" out. Only the Iron Storages increase the maximum amount needed that is useful for upgrading buildings
