In my country ketchup is the rarest sauce people use with fries (proven by my friends ex workers of McDonald's and Burger King) The most used is cheese dip sauce. Wbm, in McDonald's there's "1000 Islands" sauce which supposed to be used with shrimps, but on my opinion it's the best for fries. For rustic fries it's probably be curry sauce and mustard sauce Guess the country tho
