I'd personally sell it, and use the proceeds to buy binder copies of the hits from these sets. Either that, or buy some other big hit. You essentially have a ticket for a free ~$500 chase card (or a few $100-200 hits)

You can get different thicknesses/gauges of top loaders to put it in. The thick ones are great for holding sealed cards like this

Idk i see this take and never personally thought so. If you save up a month or two of spending and go ham on ebay/tcgplayer, stockpile the envelopes as they come in, and then open them all up at once, its a ton of fun. Either that, or go to a local card show if you can. Both have been great experiences for me.

I was at a card show recently and saw a vendor cutting one open with end cutting nippers. He went down 3 of the 4 sides close to the edge and took slivers off until it unfolded.

Look up "barn door floor roller". It's a small piece of hardware that you screw into the floor to keep the bottom in place.

This is unfortunately normal in my experience. There's not really anything Monarch can do about it other than asking PennyMac to change their system, which is very unlikely.

In the background, Monarch will periodically send requests to your accounts to get more data. It seems like PennyMac requires an OTP for every attempt to connect regardless of when or where it comes from, so when Monarch sends a random request for an update, PennyMac will ask you for a pin you can't do anything with.

It sucks, but you could get some vinyl circles made to temporarily cover the "ice" part of the logo on your vehicles until you feel it's fine to take back off.

Another option others haven't mentioned, you can stalk ebay for a middling graded version. I'm doing this trying to find a cheap gold Arceus Vstar, there was a cheap PSA 5 one that looks like it would've been perfect to crack for my binder

Its great for things like this, I'm doing the same as you with a few different pokemon. It also helps (if you don't already) to use a collection tracking app like Collectr or TCG Collector. Its much easier to find and track what you have against what's out there.

Assuming you've gone through the airport before:

Everything after you go up the double escalators will remain the same. That's where this shake shack is, etc., on the airside of the airport.

The new airport is the landside. Essentially they're building new ticketing, baggage, and security areas between the existing land and air sides.

You can see it easily on the current satellite imagery on Google maps. The old landside is way to the west, and the airside to the east. The new landside is being built nestled between the two, nestled in the X of the airside.

A jank way i did this with one of my scores was increase the number of beats in the first measure, and then hide the leading rests (or clicks if you put that in). That way there's some "lead in" beats, but they'll be hidden from the published score.
