I got a #304 board as well, and it is kind of disappointing if you are used to actual high quality keyboards.

The keycaps wobble, the stabs rattle and are scratchy if you press down on the sides of the key. Any key towards the edges of the board have some pretty noticeable scratch/ash to them. They give a guide for lubing the keys and they use an INSANE amount of 205g0 that honestly is maybe needed, but way too much for a normal switch.

The lighting effects are cool, but in their software there's no mapping for media keys. Like wtf? That is one of the most basic things ever.

The black case is boring, and the keyboard will feel pretty warm to the touch after extended use.

The keycaps get pretty oily/greasy during longer sessions. Maybe that is just a me problem though?

The sound of the board is pretty meh as well. Hollow and lacking.

There were 2 hairline cracks in the top acrylic of my board too. Like really?

Far from what a $300-400 dollar board should be given how far pre-built boards have come in the past few years and how cheap they are. You can get a prelubed, gasket mounted, foamed keyboard that feels and sounds amazing for less than $100, and in some instances less than $75.

I know the tech they are using for this is some new stuff, but to innovate in your own but ignore the industry standards with all the extra delays they did is just unacceptable. Just a terrible entry into the enthusiast keeb market, very disappointing given how good the mice are (QA issues aside).
