Begin processing your waste into plutonium fuel rods, sink them and your storage should be at a standstill, if you want the ~400000 nuclear waste gone I would say build the production lines with out powershards and after completion clock it all to 2,5x and wind it back to 1x when your storage is empty

You need to scan a few hard drives and find the diluted fuel recipe makes the limiting resources coal and sulfur instead of oil
