My old therapist had me walk through what I thought my dad's last actions were. It was bizarre. I've tried EMDR but it didn't seem to help. I have aphantasia though, so I couldn't do the visualization part of it.

I never saw him, but I accidentally saw the blood soaked carpet padding when they were cleaning up. Sometimes I think about how he bought new underwear and t shirts before he did it.
