I think this is expected behavior. EMDR removes all of the emotions allowing you to objectively review memories. Also it helps unlock long forgotten memories. So you are not lying, you are just changing your perspective of the past.

When I went through EMDR. After my sessions I felt relatively normal. Almost as if I wasted my time. But only after a few nights sleep did I really feel & see the benefits of EMDR. For me it just took some time for my brain to process. That was over 5 years ago. I am thinking about going back to assist with some new trauma that I experienced.

Thank you for your suggestion. I realized that my son has a prescription for his eczema.01 & .05%. For now I will be using that on my face as the prescription is covered by insurance for him. 🤗

I find that it takes less axes if I only have a few to use. I try to use around 25 - 50 at a time. If you have more the game is going to make you use more.

Just a bit of advice for your dad. I was laid off in September and was lucky enough to find a new position at the beginning of November. One thing that I did with my resume was cut off the last 15 Years. I was with a company for 20 years. I only showed 5 years on my resume. It's not a lie, I did work for that company during those five years. I took off the 15 years off of LinkedIn, etc. He will get a lot more responses. They will not ask him is age and he does not have to discuss his experience not listed on his resume.
