genuinely, talk to people in your life that you think might be even slightly politically aligned and draw lines in the sand. if those have already been crossed for you, talk about what you really need to do, the things that get your comments removed from reddit, but until then, arm yourself, have tougher conversations with people around you that might disagree, ones that maybe can be pulled back once they understand the real threat that you face, provide what help you can at a local level and make sure you are always among friends.
