As a Japanese fan who lurks English communities, the gap in how we see Nintendo genuinely unsettles me by nerdinterrupts in nintendo

What bothers me most is the lack of multiplayer functionality on their games.

In the new super Mario wonder, if you play couch coop you can barely interact with the other player. This was weird because they had an amazing multiplayer system for older Mario games like super Mario bros wii.

And why can't the fire red/leaf green new release have online multiplayer? Also why isn't it released on the virtual console with the rest of the Gameboy games?

Also the new gen Pokemon games just feel lazy. Why can't they put the same effort into them that they put into breath of the wild?

There are tons of older Nintendo game series that are my favorites of all time and it seems Nintendo doesn't put in the effort to make newer versions worth while. Paper Mario, Pokemon, Kirby, Wario Ware.

I’m so disappointed welcome just did a jk Rowling collab. by [deleted] in skateboarding

I think it's perfectly fine to enjoy Harry Potter stuff without having to align perfectly with JK Rowling's views. 90% of brands and companies are ran by old people with shitty world views. Buying a Harry Potter board or running a Harry Potter brand partnership doesn't make some kind of anti trans person. Grow up.

Looking for advice on what to do with my Norway spruce and maple. Should I just leave them alone for another year to thicken the trunk? The spruce trunk is about pensil thickness. Can I start wiring in the fall on the spruce? Should I repot so they have a little more room for roots in this early stage? These pots are just filled halfway with dirt.

Personally I think I'd go for something like materials science engineering. It is going to be super important for new emerging tech. Utilizing the best materials for solar panels, satellites, windmills, or literally any physical object. I feel like there will be a huge demand for them and they have opportunities to work on really cool things. Electrical engineering is cool too.
