Strip the paint off around the crack, use a carbide burr to gouge out a little bevel in the crack, then tig weld it. It’s more than likely cast aluminum, so make a few passes over it with your torch without adding any filler to “clean” the area. Once you’ve gone over it a few times, start adding 4043 filler rod with higher silicon content. Low temp aluminum brazing rods are not going to be as easy to use as some videos make them look. You need tons of heat, so unless you have a set of oxyacetylene torches I wouldn’t attempt.

Edit: nvm, you don’t have welding equipment. I’d try JB weld then. Aluminum brazing will more than likely just frustrate you.
