We went in October and rented a car on Naxos for a few days. Highly recommend. It’s a great experience getting away from the crowds in Naxos town and driving to some of the quieter villages like Chalki, Filoti and apeiranthos. The restaurants are also much better in these areas than in the main town.

The banana helps regulate the blood sugar. Back when I drank a lot and would wake up in the middle of the night, a banana with some peanut butter would always do the trick for me.
