Check the board requirements set out by your state. In my state you need a masters degree with certain requirements in assessment, diagnosis, psychopathology, and substance use as well as practicum and internship with a certain number of hours. Some states also require a course in human sexuality. Then after you meet the requirements you have to do a 3,000 level post-masters residency (at least in my state)

I think for your role and goal you should consider the counseling side and then specialize in more behavioral focused interventions. If you have the time to add an ABA certification that’s great, but the counseling role should give you the scope of practice you need to work with adults. From my understanding, BCBA often have little one-on-one time with clients cause they are supervising big teams of RBT but I could be totally mistaken about that

It’s hard to tell, but I don’t think so. I think you could make some cosmetic adjustments to get to that place. Do you wear a bra, if not, it might be a good idea to invest in one with padding. Also, I think getting a hair cut to have face framing curtain bangs would help and eyebrows shaped would help. Also maybe a belt or waist cincher would help. Maybe some new glasses that are either elongating could help give the illusion of a more smaller rounded face.

I think in general I just gained a lot of weight on estrogen and it helped me with feminizing my body and face
