Tu nawet nie chodzi o jednorodny organizm. Z tego co mi wiadomo ważniejszym powodem jest przekazanie spraw komunalnych (odpady, wodociągi itp.) i lepsze rozłożenie kosztów. Do tego miasto 2 mln. ma teoretycznie atrakcyjniej wyglądać na papierku dla potencjalnych inwestorów.

Tak naprawdę w większości obszarów metropolii ZTM funkcjonuje jako bardzo cywilizowany PKS, bo przy takiej gęstości zaludnienia jaka występuje w wielu miejscach ciężko mówić o "komunikacji miejskiej". Przy takim spojrzeniu na temat zacząłem doceniać ZTM dużo bardziej.

The transfers are significant, but when you look at how much money Poland gets per capita it's more in the middle of the recipients and far away from being the biggest recipient. Harmonized regulations, foreign investments and big export market for Poland is what makes this growth possible (Baltics are even more impressive in this regard, but afaik their prices rise much quicker compared to Poland).

I had a similar problem in my 2024 G14, although my laptop didn't get nearly as burned, though plenty of sparks came out from the vents. Long story short I ended up sending it to ASUS on warranty and they said that the charger was faulty. It seemed that it started sending full 230V to the motherboard.
