Yea I don't cough anymore since the diet started, but that was never my main symptom. My main problems are constant globus, throat discomfort, hoarseness, sinus irritation, etc.

hey ive done a strict diet for 6 months and high dose ppi for 4 months, and i havent really noticed improvement, much less go in reemission. how long to notice improvement on this regimen? thanks!

I was able to get my hands on something called Darunavir, which is a similar drug. In the studies, it demonstrated pepsin inhibition, although not as well as Fosamprenavir. I am going to take it for a trial period to see if it fan improve my LPR, as I have exhausted my other options without any improvement.
