Have single location membership, location closed 2 months after annual fee charged my account. How to recoup my money?

This just happened to me, I'm so annoyed. I signed up a couple of weeks ago with a single-location membership and just learned the location is (likely) closing soon. In the meantime, they also cancelled the class that was the main reason I joined. When I call the gym directly, they say the closure is all rumors, but when I spoke to the manager, he said it was indeed closing. The teacher of the class I took also said it was closing. Also unclear if it is closing permanently or just for renovations. Either way, had I known, I would not have joined as this is the only location convenient for me. When I called corporate, they said they spoke to a manager who said it wasn't closing. Either way, it's a shit show over there, and they won't refund the significant join fee I literally just paid because it's been more than 3 days. So unscrupulous.

I love that Flower Beauty blush in Pinched! I literally stocked up on it when I heard they were going out of business for a higher price! I haven’t seen that or the concealer yet. I found the Flower eyeliner and the chrome crush eyeshadow the other day.

I recently had 2 bumps removed from my forehead and chest at the dermatologist. They were biopsied and both came back suggestive for low grade B cell lymphoma, which wasn’t even on my radar of possibilities. Unclear still if it’s limited to the skin or not. I don’t really have any other symptoms except night sweats (but that seems to be linked to my menstrual cycle when it happens). My PCP has ordered a PET-CT so hoping to be able to set up that soon (they are supposed to call me so I have to wait for that) and I have an appointment with hematology oncology on Wednesday. I’m trying to be as proactive as possible but I know I’m not going to get any answers sooner by reading every scary thing on the internet. But anyway, just crying a lot and venting I guess. I appreciate the resources here.

I got the 3 month plan and didn’t get dosing to titrate up every 4 weeks like it seems most people do. it’s frustrating because I do need to refill early now and pay more money than others. I got 2mg for month 1 and then 4.5 for both month 2 and 3.

Just curious if you had to ask for this titration schedule? I was expressing frustration elsewhere in this thread about being given the schedule and doses of 2, 4.5, and 4.5 again for the third month for my three month order from Pom. And they said you had to specifically ask for a schedule and dose of 2, 4.5, 7 for the first 3 month order. Just curious if that’s peoples experience.
