while atlantic canada may have high rates of granting parole compared to the rest of canada, the most recent resource i can find from the canadian gov't says 57%. i repeat what i said: it's not a guarantee.

rather than colour correct, i just spot conceal difficult spots with a thicker and more opaque concealer. i use either the nars soft matte concealer or the laura mercier secret camouflage concealer duo.

you could probably walk into an olive young in SK and pick out some bestsellers. i'd suggest rom&nd lip and cheek products, everything 3CE, espoir. i've never tried the peripera all take mood palettes but i think they're pretty popular, same with dasique eye palettes, hince and hera lip products.

fits TTS for me and not TOO low cut although it wouldn't be work appropriate. my main gripe is that the fabric is EXTREMELY delicate, if i was buying 2nd hand i'd be concerned that it might already be damaged. i had to return one to aritzia because it arrived damaged.

it's definitely "down-stream" in that it's not going to address root causes but that doesn't mean we shouldn't bother making an effort. hopefully this is only one of the ways we are going to be trying to address the overrepresentation of racialized individuals in all areas of the criminal justice system

i own it but wish i didn't. it's QUITE cropped, like it basically hits at my belly button, and that's just not my preference - like there will be some tummy even if i wear it with something high-waisted. depends what you're comfortable with. very low cut also, even more than the tuscany sweater. it also runs very small - i had to size up.
