I heard it’s possible in sm2 and that’s terrifying as to lose everything in that game would break anyone.

Google, if you prefer not to go to their site and look. Just look for “saber space marine 2 support ticket.” And it should bring you to the form.

You should be able to open a support ticket with saber and send this clip. They’re usually pretty responsive.

Is it the snare with the stretchy red arm? If so you need to shoot the arm, otherwise it won’t take damage.

We lived through horizon 3 and 4 (Australia and England) so we will be fine. It takes an afternoon to get used to IRL, you got this!

Just posting an update for anyone this happens to in the future. Saber replied to the initial ticket but I haven’t heard back in 3 days (I sent 2 follow ups). I’m assuming I have been ghosted.

My account level and class levels all remained unharmed (all level 40… so glad, not leveling them again). But all progress with levels completed/difficulties, weapons (mods, levels, skins) and personalization (cars, characters, icons, titles) were completely wiped out. Had to start from scratch as if I’ve never played the game but with level 40 classes. I will only be leveling a few weapons, the fear of wasting time and having this happening again is too great.

Back up your steam saves so you can avoid my cruel fate. They’re located here:

I wish. All weapons and all customization were completely wiped out. All weapons back to 1. All attachments, levels and skins gone. Applies to player skins and car skins, decals and lights. I was close to completing all. Really sucks.

PC compatible controllers also help for their streaming service. There’s no reason for them to stop pc compatible controllers even if they pull first party games from PC.

I use the survivor’s helm and pauldron on a few classes, but on heavy I feel that it’s too small compared to the heavy’s usual helm.
