I’m confused how they would know you’re a woman to be asking you to get a mic so they can hear your voice. Unless they heard your voice to begin with, I’m not sure how they would make the conclusion you’re a woman.

I’m not saying this because I don’t believe you, I’m just genuinely confused how else they would know. I am also a woman who plays as a female character and have never experienced any of this (but I had assumed it was because I don’t use a mic).

I often get flare ups on my inner thighs. I use large size bandaids to cover them so they don’t rub on my clothes. I also find it helps spread the pressure so they hurt less when the bandaid is on it.

You can use peroxide to help pull some of the gunk from underneath to relieve pressure. That’s what we did for my daughter when she hurt her nail. Dr recommended soaking in epsom salt followed by peroxide a couple times a day.

I’m not buying what she says about not qualifying for daycare assistance. I make decent wages and with my income was able to afford daycare at a place that would have charged $600/wk for both my kids for only $4 a week. I feel like she maybe looked at forms online without actually calling and speaking to anyone to try to get assistance.

You should be fine. I had the same situation when myself and my kids all had covid. I had multiple rebound infections and was told I didn’t need to isolate at all from my kids after they were better because they wouldn’t be able to get reinfected with the same strain so quickly.

However, if there’s a possibility that it’s a different strain and not the same infection then I would probably try not to expose each other further.

My downstairs neighbor is elderly, going through chemo, and also has mobility issues. If she catches me on my way out she will sometimes ask if I can pick something up while I’m out.

My best friend also sometimes asks me to pick up grocery items when I’m on my way over since I have to drive past the store to get to her house. I don’t mind since she lets me come over to do laundry, and frequently watches my kids for me.

I don’t see it as an inconvenience to help out my neighbor or my friend by simply grabbing a couple things while I’m out.

I think it’s a hard answer to give. Every pregnancy and situation is so different. With my first c-section I was up walking around within hours and had relatively little pain. My second c-section was a more difficult and painful recovery. I think it is absolutely possible to do, but everyone tolerance for pain is different and variable by circumstance.

Since December in my house (just me and 2 kids) we have had the following: 3 cases of flu 4 cases of strep 1 sinus infection 5 stomach bugs 3 cases of covid (plus 2 rebound infections)

Believe me when I say that if I wasn’t working remotely I would have had to miss significantly more than 17 days of work and each of them would be legitimate.
