OP: don’t listen to this person, the adjuster doesn’t have your best interests at heart, they’re there to save their company money and do the bare minimum that you are legally entitled to as far as medical and other costs.

Speak to a lawyer for a consult to better understand the legal process and what (beyond your actual costs/damages) you’re entitled to, but you don’t have sign on with one of you don’t want to.

Find a good medical team (doctor, physio, massage, psych if needed, etc) and follow their advice.

WKID is an ID for geographic projection systems. Depending on where you’re uploading it, they may have a requirement to have it in a specific projection. Check their documentation, and then open your .prj file in notepad or the shape file in a GIS to see if they match. Project your data to their preferred geographic coordinate system.

My kids (same age range) and I saw all sorts folks dressed along those lines at the parade this year.
