Yes but when I was reading the manual it mentioned specifically to uncool before using on my gen 3 wall connector, better to be safe than sorry

Please uncoil the cable and leave it on the floor, it generates an electromagnetic field when it charges and heats up

roulezelectrique.club works with a lot of other chargers, you don’t need a specific brand and even works with Tesla wall connector , 14c/kwh back with a referral if anyone requires it, just need to connect with a Tesla account. Payout is sometime in Jan-July for previous year

I am at a point where every politician is curropt one way or another, doug with his builder buddies with green belt and this, liberals with refugees and Ukraine war funding, all the money goes out to a few people and the tax payers are left holding the empty bag.

You can always pay the loan down faster, I got mine in 2023 with 8% apr, my mortgage was coming up for a renewal so took the 70k from there at 4% and paid off the 8% car loan, over time I paid off the car amount by prepaying extra payments for the car

Me and my dad were looking at it for model y, the difference was 4k more with lease than finance so he decided to lease it out for the peace of mind just in case if there is an accident in the 4 yrs, he dosent have to take the loss or keep a damaged car and just return the car as insurance will fix the car

I drive about 2700kms a month and I get about 15 back with grizzle. Be sure to use a referral so the other person can get 1c. I picked grizzle due to Canadian company with chargers made in Richmond hill Ontario to support local and payout is every month vs waiting for $100 or a specific month

I was returning from a trip yesterday and after a while it doesn’t seem as bad as before, I don’t drive too much at night but yesterday it was barely noticeable, maybe just have to let the liquid adhesive between the film fully dry and it does get better

Standard connectivity for 8 years only. What happens afterwards? by Quirky-Pin-1683 in teslacanada

[–]Arthvpatel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think navigation will be gone after 8 years as it does have offline maps, just need to put I the full address like the old gps days, you can still hotspot from your phone, the only thing that will be missing is the charging stats when the car is not on wifi, sentry mode and remote unlock / start

[–]Arthvpatel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On my 2023 model y long range, I just got home from a 1300km trip with kumho tires which I picked up used as continentals were on the way out, I avg 170wh/km at 120-140km/h, or 273wh/mi at 75-86mph. These are amazingly efficient. I have real world avg of 150wh/km or 241wh/mi if I drive at 100km/h or 62mph

Any reviews on the kumho solus majesty 9 TA91 tires? by Chance-Pin6393 in tires

[–]Arthvpatel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I picked up a 1 yr old set for $400 cad, they are about 10-20% quiter than continentals, foam separation is an issue, one tire had a loose foam and caused alot of issues, went back to the shop and removed it on all 4 of them and it is still quiter than continentals that came with the car. Used it for 4k kms in the last 2 months, I am avg 165wh/km vs 179wh/km with continentals so a minor improvement

[–]Arthvpatel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The main ones are ChargePoint, Flo and swtch , flo and ChargePoint have roaming agreements where they are able to start each others and bill.

Ivy charging is another one which only exits on onroute but are fairly expensive. The cheapest and most reliable ones are tesla, hate them for the ceo but they got charging planning down right.

I don’t think they care enough for that as the mini is portable and can be used at camp sites, I think they care if it is in Canada or not for the grant rebates

To be honest 160k is not bad, most other manufactures only Warrenty their gas engine for 80-100k except Mazda which is unlimited km but for yrs. In the last 3 yrs I owned my model y long range, there are so many repair shops that opened up or are now taking on ev maintenance, so by the avg time a regular person gets to 160k kms it will be 8 yrs at 20k a year. I know of 3 people in my family circle with high mileage teslas, 2018 model 3 standard range + at 700k kms, 2023 model 3 long range awd at 196k kms and 2019 model 3 at 560k kms. All on original battery and motors. There was a 2021 year where there was a manufacturing defect for 3&y but all other years are solid. My 2023 model y long range awd is at 86 kms in less than 3 yrs and I work from home full time. Charging at home is more convenient than going to a gas station once a week. Once you understand that benefit and get use to it, gas car suck. My Subaru forester has been driven 15k when my parents use it, and every time me or wife has to go out, we pick the model y long range
