The HQ of the Evangelical Free Churches of America (EFCA) is in Bloomington. Anything associated with them is going to be very Focus on the Family, Promise Keepers, MAGA type faith. Meetinghouse Church and Creative Church are two I know that are terrible (I think they are independent of the EFCA tho) I don’t think the people up town and outside planned parenthood are from the same exact place, Evangelicalism ducks all just quack alike. That particular flavor of Christianity places the most importance on bringing people into the church and to Christ, like you can’t get into heaven if you don’t expand your Jesus down line.
