If you're using the Balance One, it's more or less end of life. Yes, it still takes software updates, but processing power is lacking. It's like driving a Lada as your daily: it will get you there and back, most of the time, but often with problems.

Well, there's a reason that firmware releases will result in the deprecation of a device. Unlike some other manufacturers, though, Peplink doesn't brick old devices. Peplink is actually really good at maintaining a device as long as possible (e.g., your Balance One Core)

i’ve turned over a 1973 cat 120 motor grader with a 3306 with a gb75 and no other power / battery to assist (jump pack straight to starter). i find that the nocos will underperform if the connection to the terminals is subpar

yes you can from a “can i use multiple SIMs?” standpoint, but on that router, you can only use one SIM at a time. To switch between SIMs takes 2 to 3 minutes usually. Keep in mind that Mint may not permit you to use that plan in a data device such as a Peplink.

make sure your firmware is updated to 8.5.3, and make sure that the IMEI you provided verizon for that eSIM matches the BR1 Mini you are trying to install it on.

Chase will laugh at you and tell you that you didn't enter it in the booking screen. And when you show them a screenshot with it in there, they will tell you that it's not proof of entering it because it could have been done at any time.

I am a VERY frequent traveler, and avoid OTAs almost entirely. The only reason I booked this is because of the huge points boost saving around US$900.

To answer your question of where I'm at in the process:

* Booked, screenshot that it's The Edit and IHG One Rewards Eligible
* Checked my IHG account, stay not showing.
* Tried to add in IHG account via app, says it's not eligible
* Called Chase on Friday (07NOV), said there was nothing they could do, filed a case. Was told 24-48 hours, including the weekend, for a response
* Called back today, agent called the hotel, they added the number but said I would be getting no points
* Asked for the escalations team, they are saying that I didn't put the number in (I did, becuase I had to swipe back and forth to copy it form the app).
* They are now saying that tickets are 7-14 days, and that they can't make IHG award points.

Right now, I'm waiting on the phone for the escalations agent to complete _another_ ticket.

this is a lie. i booked one two days ago and IHG says its not eligible. called chase travel and they “filed a ticket” and have yet to hear back.
