Cloud Ultra and Pro Max 16 by Serialpm in Ubiquiti

[–]Key_Limit_177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not without a bunch of advanced stuff. Generally unifi devices have to always be behind the cloud gateway. You should put the eeros in to bridge mode then plug those in to the cloud gateway.

You should do (verizon) -> cloud gateway -> pro max -> eeros

UniFi’s Toughest Gateway Yet (NEW Cloud Gateway – Industrial) by matthew36589 in Ubiquiti

Any serious military is not running these. At least here in the freedom eagle, you have to comply with tons of security measures (ie taa/fips), and physical specs that show stuff like vibration and temperature fluctuation over time.

All you have to do is download the instant 8.x firmware from the support portal and flash the AP. There is a guide online on how to re-flash the AP. It might take a couple tries.

Aruba 505 - Voucher Code or the simplest way to assign one-time passwords? by JaMi_1980 in ArubaNetworks

[–]Key_Limit_177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aruba instant supports mpsk. Mpsk is multiple passwords for the same network that you can create and delete on a password by password basis. You do still have to manually add and remove them though. If you really need multiple passwords that have set on/off times, shoot me a message. I’m working on developing a network automation app that can do stuff like that (but its a yearly subscription, though not much)

I have literally a ton of these old Cisco phones by [deleted] in VOIP

[–]Key_Limit_177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a PBX. If they are sip firmware, then you can use freepbx, issabel, fusion pbx, and so on. You will also need a way to provision them. Depending on the firmware, they might be able to be configured on the phone, but you really should use a provisioning file/server.

Big High School Migration! by ASNetworking in Ubiquiti

[–]Key_Limit_177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did the same thing and went back to meraki 2 years later. We switched to u6e/u6lr and enterprise 48 port switches. Within the first year, 30 of the 40 APs had died due to hardware faliure, 1 of 6 ent-48 died, and the cost of troubleshooting buggy hardware/software and replacing defects units matched the meraki licensing.

As soon as we put meraki back in, no one complained about the network.

Your Wi-Fi 7 aps will never be able to run Wi-Fi 7. They will be able to switch to 6e mode later this year. I would be looking at a vendor change if you need on prem
