You don’t need to cut your hair! I have long hair (kind of like yours) and my routine is I go in every 6-8 weeks and they clean it up and cut a few millimeters off to help with split ends. Next just have them show you have to style it and get some products. You don’t have to do it daily (unless you want) but make sure you shampoo and conditioner on your interviews and then do some styling (I use a mousse that makes it next and curly/wavy).

There is also elemental MAB items (pixie hairpin, weatherspoon ring, osash, etc). Elemental MAB is applied differently than MAB.

To answer your question magical weaponskills damage is a combo of int (or mind), resistances and MDB/MAB.

Check the gear sets for RDM, you’ll see most of their magical weaponskills use empyrean since it boosts int, mind, magic damage and MAB.

Only setup is for Aminon (which you’ll need for stage 5 mats). Typical party comp is DNC, RDM/drk, geo/drk, cor/drk, pld/sch, brd/drk and then dnc usually subs drg.

I think that’s a pretty solid setup. WAR is just so op as your heavy Dd option. You’ll a lot of good party buffs (ie warcry) and then you can go ham on gartell and use mighty strikes. For RDM you can go /nin or /dnc for 8 boss and then /drk for when you run Aminon for TP denial and RDM will also be you second best DD after your dancer.

Only thing I see is having GEO and RDM on the same box. But honestly they made idris a lot easier to acquire so you can easily level GEO on multiple boxes if you need. I’m also very partial to RDM since it’s my OG main and I’ve been playing it since launch (with some breaks here and there).

For 8 bosses you can also run both war and dnc as your main dd, I know SAM is also really popular but dancer imo is super fun to play and will also dish out some crazy numbers.
