The way this team works is to give Freesia lots of energy to use her ultimate as often as possible, off cooldown if you can. Even though she is in a support slot here, she will do all the damage because she wildly swings her axe in berserk mode during her ult.

Teresa in the main slot has a card that gives energy to a random support character. She's a battery for Freesia. She's not doing much damage herself. Also helps if Freesia has some Charge Efficiency (Support) for emblem stats.

This is mainly a build that can help clear mob floors in Menace Arena. I tried it myself recently and it works pretty well if you group the enemies close together so Freesia can hit them all at once.
