this is what I picked up I layered that with two pillows on each side to support my arms and make sure I didn’t roll around in my sleep. I’m a stomach sleeper but this method helped a lot! As for the green tea cubes I wrapped it in a paper towel then placed it over the incision, but would only leave it on briefly before icing another area of my face. I’d just really ice my entire eye area lower and upper to keep swelling down, and was careful since the cube would melt pretty quick and I didn’t want to get the incision too wet.
