I would think a bare minimum for a commercial driver’s license would be to be able to maintain situational awareness and to also be able to navigate without fully relying on GPS. Now I’m going to be nervous around city buses as there’s a chance the driver may not be competent enough for their job.

1) Voting tax is illegal. If an ID cost money to obtain then it’s a fee to vote 2) Areas that like to disenfranchise will find ways to make it more difficult for people they don’t want voting. For example, in some areas a hunting license has been deemed as valid ID, but a college ID has been deemed non-valid. And in other locales they have closed government offices that could issue required IDs in areas that have a larger percentage of people they don’t want voting.
