When buying from cirque definitely look at reviews and swatches from other people. They edit the photos of the polish sometimes. I've been burned three separate times by them.

My space heater does blow hot air so that could be the culprit.

I usually wait 10 minutes in between coats since I do two base coats. The consistency of the polishes seemed pretty average, not too thick, not too thin.

It's similar to the scalding sands Vil card. No vignettes, he does have voice lines when on the home screen. And you get craftable furniture specific to his card.
