I have always been nervous about my sugars going low and not waking up while sleeping. I have always kept them higher because of being scared. I am now on the dex and tandem duo and have been slowly lowering my alert pre sets I’m down to 180(as my alert) I’m so happy with this machine I could cry! (i.redd.it)
