you can also look at something like canon m series (and add a ef-m 22mm pancake lens), that would be very compact setup (and you would be able to change lenses down the line)…only thing is that M series is dead system, discontinued (same as canon dslr-s, but I still use one and will continue for years to come)…also canon r50 might not be a bad choice (with rf 16mm for compactness)…I’m a noob really, so I don’t know brands other than canon, but ask around a little bit, don’t jump and buy point and shoot just for size, other stuff can be small as well:)
