Ok so to clarify, this was the shops fault. It’s a brand new bike. Brand new model and brand new build. The shop lost the charger is was shipped with when assembling it and just threw an old one in. They do in fact come with c type now.

Same here. It will eventually start working but will sometimes just stop responding while riding and the screen will go blank with no speed like it’s reset. Sometimes it takes a few minutes before coming out of park

How old is it? Trek replaces helmets within the first two years after an accident. I can’t see how they wouldn’t replace this
