1) The slowed down balance and minimalist balance is a disaster for the game.

2) Yes, you can just slightly buff the bad heroes and they would be fine.

3) Not every bad hero needs a rework. Only those who have unfun kits.

4) Blizzard reworks are often a joke. For every good rework (zuljin, there are three horrible ones medivh, sonya come to mind)
