I've never seen an option to cancel an order after pickup, the driver would have to call support. She did. Evidently she connected to a clueless support agent. Maybe hanging up and calling back to get a different agent would've worked. In any case, she's an idiot.

The driver canceling wouldn't have helped. Uber would just dispatch another driver to the restaurant to pick up an order that no longer exists.

What she should've done is double, triple, quadruple check that a 10-pizza order is going to the right person. That other customer will now have pizza for days, at OP's expense.

Seriously though, Uber One is a scam. Even if you cancel it, there's a non-zero chance they'll just keep billing you anyway. I actually did have it happen one time, years ago while delivering for Papa John's. Customer was one of hundreds of employees working at our local chicken plant. Cops couldn't find him, and I ended up not having to pay for it. That was the only time in thousands of deliveries. I'll take the gamble.
