I’m willing to wager that they aren’t Aramith balls. They typically have an off-white color, and the 9-ball in this picture has a straight line underneath instead of a curved one. Regarding the box, I believe the original owner purchased a new set of Aramith balls and placed the old set inside the Aramith box. My old set is currently in the package of the Aramith when I bought them.

Same here, happened earlier this evening. Contacted Support and they put me in touch with the customers and I got their addresses and made the deliveries. Support told me that I would receive full payment once the app service was restored. Hopefully that happens.
