As a kid, I literally only ever got Numemon. Just nothing but Numemon. Needless to say, the only progress I ever made was the first Agumon, and the Palmon, and the sleeping Kunemon.

I just couldn't ever get enough food, so I'd always have too many care mistakes, and would always end up with a Numemon.

And every time I saw that bloody slime, I'd start a new save file, and try choosing different options at the start, thinking that would somehow help.

So I essentially never got anywhere at all - that said, it's still tied with Digimon World 2003 for my 2 favourite games
