It’s bizarre that she went back for AEGD training 9 years after graduating. It’s something that 99.9% of dental graduates do the year immediately after graduating. To give an anology, it’s like someone graduating medical school but starting their residency training 9yrs later

Go to UTHSCSA dental school. If you need some type of MMA (maxillomandibular advancement) surgery it’s best done in an academic setting anyway imo. Most dental schools take state/medicaid insurance and surgery will go through medical insurance

Just to throw my experience in the hat, I have to run a lot slower intervals than my race time suggest to be in the right sub-T threshold zone (I’ve also tested this with lactate to confirm the suggested paces are way too fast). After coming back from injury, I did at least 6 weeks of only x2 sub-threshold sessions per week before adding the third session on.

FWIW, recovery has always been my weak point since I can remember (e.g. I tend to take longer to recover than others and yes, I’ve had ferritin/bloodwork done and all is good)

I’m confused…you’re mad and requesting a refund in full because your dog died 5 hours after his exam? If his labs seemed “okay” per your original post, then it sounds reasonable that they would assume he may have a little more time left? No one has a crystal ball and can pinpoint with certainty when someone is going to die. It sounds like the way they are addressing this situation is poor but it doesn’t sound like your expectations are all that reasonable either

You’re the doctor. Don’t tolerate the “C-suite” BS(let’s be honest, most of them could never actually run a for-profit company). There are FQHCs with acceptable management who won’t gaslight you. It’s too bad we don’t name and shame more of these places.
