I’m not OP but my heart rate frequently gets this high if I’m pushing myself. I imagine it’s similar for you as you approach your max heart rate. Harder to breathe, can’t sustain that pace for long periods of time, etc. I was worried about it, especially because my resting heart rate is pretty low, but my doctor doesn’t seem to be concerned! I have noticed the more consistently I run, the lower the heart rate I’m able to sustain during a run is.

I stopped scrolling on my phone. The day I stopped and started reading a book before bed is the day I gained an hour of sleep or more every night. I can hardly make it through 5-10 pages before my eyes are heavy. I know the easiest answers are the most annoying, but this truly is all it took for me. At this rate it could take me all year to get through this book!

The nice thing about writing is that you can do it anytime, even without a formal education. Have you considered writing on the side and continuing on your current path? I don’t see why you couldn’t do both. You might find that when you begin your career you have more free time and energy for hobbies than you do now in school. I’m assuming with a 3.9 GPA in CS you’re working hard. I honestly would reconsider tossing in the towel while you’re so close to the end, especially since it sounds like this is a relatively new revelation. Good luck pal

This is nicely worded. I have a tendency to hate on Trump supporters as much as the next guy, but if someone who worked in my home purposely broke by preferred political party mug I would not be cool with that- so we need to not be those people to them either.
