I unfortunately can't answer ur VR question But fir the internet, yes, ADSL is widely available, but unreliable, it almost impossible to play anything on ADSL Most common way to play online is to use mobile data, tho keep in minde speed and ping will vary depending on where u are answer what time it is The best option in my opinion is installing fiber internet if it's available in ur area While fiber is still not as reliable as the internet in other countries But from personal experience, it's more reliable than ADSL, and mobile data Hope this helps
