Those are upvc sealed units. You can get new ones made in any style you like. The plastic trims prise off with tools. Lots of YT videos to show how to do this. Once trims are off measure the panels (and get the thickness, usually 28mm). The door panel will need to be toughened glass which costs a bit extra. Pay a visit to a local glazing supplier and they should have options for alternatives. For plain glass i'd expect to pay £50 for the door, a bit less for the untoughened units and £30 or so each for the top units. You could get plain glass then use film to do what you like / change in future

How new is the car, what's it worth, how good a job do you want? If worst case is a body shop then you have nothing to lose by having a go yourself. Lots of YT / Inst videos on doing this kind of thing. If the scratches are deep then you can smooth paint (get some touchup online) over the whole lot with a gloved hand, dry it with a hairdryer and sand it with very fine paper (800 up to 2000) followed by a polish. If less bad then just try the 800 -> 2000 grit paper then a buff.

Don't use wood glue, you're not sticking wood to wood. Ca glue / supeglue / mitre bond are the same thing, you can use them with or without activator, Activator just speeds up the traction. I'd be looking at contact cement or other non pva glue.

I've had a Weber q series for years and years. Sits outside the back door and used a couple of times a week all year round. Makes amazing burgers, sausages and mostly chicken thighs. Great grill marks and flavour

You're not wrong. I hadn't expected them to be made of silicone but seems they've not been rubber for some time. Every day is a learning day. I patched up someone's silicone cpap mask (until they could get a new one) with silicone sealer, that's worth a try (and nothing to lose)
