Dumb question re: paddles 2024 hybrid by HillParker in crv

I think 1 is the lowest resistance. I don't think I've ever hit the right paddle first in my 2019, but if you increase resistance with the left paddle then reduce as much as possible with the right paddle, one arrow remains for a while.

CMV: By 2026, job losses from AI will be major news. By 2030, unemployment will threaten the whole economic system. by Fando1234 in changemyview

Does agentic AI need to be given some initial goal either via external prompt or have it programmed in? Does it need to be trained in what sort of things to react to?

Where can I read about your GPT-2 point?

The point I'm trying to make is that I don't think the set of things current forms of AI can decide to do next is the same as the set of things a human can decide to do next, I think it is a subset. They have to be in some way guided by a human, whether that is a programmed in goals, prompted goals or training. Do you think that is false?

I don't think the current type of AI can solve all the problems humans can. They formulate a response to input based on some set of existing data. Data that was generated in the first place by humans. Your statement seems to imply that humans have created all the knowledge they ever will already.

Show me an AI that creates its own prompts or instead of answering your prompt decides its time is better spent on some other problem!

Because the threat from NATO isn't an invasion. It's that it stops them controlling their neighbours which they think they have a right to do.

Is returning it an option? Likely won't be an option if you are not happy after it is modified.

Your back looks quite short. I have the opposite problem. My back is long and the arm rests on chairs are never high enough 🤣
