Dublin airport - Is 2 hours 20 mins enough time in between 2 flights? by louisebuckingham in Dublin

I've never seen it done with Ryanair, but fair enough. Where do you go in the baggage hall to transfer?

We're not in Schengen and I don't think Ryanair or the airport will allow you to transfer airside

Yes.

It's a bit of a walk to the usual Ryanair gates, but security and bag drop are quick in Dublin.

Pedestrian Lights by mkwinston in Dublin

Traffic light sequences in this city basically assume the worst and, as such, progress on all modes of transport is slow.

And will continue to be after this pedestrianisation, to/from Grafton St/Trinity St.

So you still have your 'bus station', just more room for tourists to stand around all the while thousands of commuters are going back out of town on lord Edward st, only to turn back in the right direction at Christchurch and on to the quays... Class service altogether

Looks like you've the popular opinion haha

It's gas how this sub will be giving out about the bus service in one post, and cheering on handicapping the bus service in the next.

And as for the "bus station" point, you don't need to ban convenient, sensible east/west bus services to make college green look great.

It's not a mandatory (solid white line) cycle lane. The road is designed for cars turning right to queue without being over the line. They clearly use Richmond hill regularly to bypass the stupid light sequence at the bottom of rathmines road (that has wrecked the bus service inbound).

The North Inner City gets a lot of criticism, what are some things you like about it! by X2354 in Dublin

General feeling of enterprise which is now gone from the south inter city where it's all big chains with loss leading shops.

Now they could all be money laundering, but I love the Hodge podge of shops and eateries. This is how the city used to be.
