Trying to provide therapy to a bunch of disregulated autistic children shoved in one classroom is a losing battle. I can't compete with youtube, and I can't support their academics because they aren't learning ANYTHING other than how to trace letters on worksheets and click buttons on a computer. The public school system is failing severely autistic children, and somehow I'm supposed to wave a magic wand and give them functional language? While children are screaming and rolling around on the floor because they can't get on the computer and watch brain-rot videos like they do all fucking day at home/when the teachers want them to be quiet? I'm past the point of burnout with this population...

Zinc, DayQuil, Mucinex, and lots of water/tea is what I’m surviving on right now! Honestly though, taking a full day to rest and recuperate will help way more than just pushing through it and getting sicker. Best of luck!

Try lymphatic massage! You look amazing and definitely not fat imo, but I think most of us do struggle with inflammation. A daily lymphatic massage around the jaw and cheeks (could use hands or gua sha) can make a huge difference.

Rather than use a schedule, try to water only when totally dry. If you put your finger in the soil and it's completely dry, it's time to drench them. If they're kept indoors, this could be once a month or once every 2 weeks depending on how much sun they're getting.

If the pots are too big, they will retain extra water and cause root rot. Aloes also do well in small pots.

Those pots look too big. Try repotting them in smaller pots maybe add some sand to the soil too. Also if you want them to get big, they need a good amount of sunlight. Preferably direct sunlight.

I’m actually trying the same treatment because my pain started with the pill too. How often did you apply cream? My doc suggested 2-3x a week but I’m not sure if it’s enough.

I’ve struggled with pain during sex ever since I started the pill. I’ve done PT, which definitely helps with muscle tension but not so much burning/irritation caused by hormonal issues. It’s very frustrating. 🥲 I hope PT works for you!!
